Shop Aptera Return and Refund Policy
At Shop Aptera, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receiving the product for a refund or exchange.
How to Initiate a Return

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original item following the return process and then make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds

European Union Customers
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.
